No hot water for my entire stay!!! Housekeeping seemed non-existent, with multiple requests for towels ignored!!! Upgrading facilities would help make this place more appealing!!!

this hotel, more like a disaster zone, had a disgusting room, and I mean absolutely filthy. the staff was beyond unhelpful, and if I didn’t practically beg for towels, I’d still be out of luck. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all this nonsense, but apparently that’s too much to ask. I just couldn't give it a good review.

The check-in was smooth, and the staff was always enthusiastic, especially the bartenders who went out of their way to. I even had my first coconut drink poolside, which was refreshing after a long day soaking up the sun.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the overall experience justified the cost.

I stayed in the Studio with Sea View, and honestly, it was a bit rough. The room had some broken things, and cleanliness was definitely not a strong point. Plus, I felt like I had to get someone to clean up or get fresh towels constantly. The view of the beach was nice, though!
